[DEATH EATERS]
Now that the Minister has resigned in disgrace, the Wizengamot will be convening to appoint a new Minister as soon as Monday. I can only assume that such names as Crouch and Bagnold will be put forward, though it is all too obvious that a few members will suggest themselves. Flint's bizzare antics have unsettled many members, I can only hope that they will now see pro-Mudblood stances as stances of the mentally deranged.

[CHARLEMAGNE]
I hope that you are still free to accompany me to France.

[AURELIA]
Lucius and I will be occupied later tonight darling, it may be a good idea to see if Narcissa would like to come for a visit. I do not like the thought of you alone.

[TIBERIUS]
Well, it seems our hard work will be for nothing. A much better conclusion to this situation, I must admit.

I think you'll agree that this has become more than an unfortunate situation.

Dumbledore's influence in the Wizengamot is increasing. Between that, and the Minister's remarks I think we have reason to be concerned that the Mudbloods have more support in the Ministry than they ever have before.

[ORION]
I'm sorry that I could not do more for your Act, Orion.

[CHARLEMAGNE]
I wonder if you might be free in the next week or so? I'm paying a visit to the French Commissioner and think that you might enjoy the trip.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, I hope that attitudes will improve as well. It seems such a waste to squabble when the sun is out. I don't think the Winter months do a service to anyone.

I can only hope that tomorrow will be far more productive and less like the circus it descended into. I don't believe I've ever been groped so many times in my life I think the atmosphere of certain working relationships will have irreparably changed after today. Ha.

I do hope that everyone affected is alright.

[DEATH EATERS]
Augustus, Lucius and I have been appointed to a Ministry Task Force in offering our expertise and opinions on what the public needs to know. We'll be working very closely with the Minister's Office as well as other Ministry workers--this could prove very advantageous.

The French are threatening to raise their tariffs again. Generally a tradition, but this time it is in reaction to British Muggle Politics and the belief that they somehow influence our own. The Muggles are striking for wages because Muggle Britain is facing inflation. Somehow this has reflected on Wizarding Britain and France has seen it advantageous to raise trade tariffs. Wizarding Britain is not Muggle Britain, I feel as though our strong economy should make that obvious.

In a roundabout way I want to warn you all that short of traveling to France yourself, French imports may be far more expensive until we get this sorted out.

[AURELIA]
I'm going to be at the office late tonight.

[FAMILY + PUREBLOOD DE SUPPORTERS]
It is still my belief that Mycroft Savage is guilty for the murder of Uncle Vultus and Aunt Domina. I can only say that my fellow members apparently did not have the sense enough to come to the same conclusion and for that I am truly sorry. I wish I could have done more.

[DEATH EATERS]
As much good as has undoubtedly come out of this case, I cannot help but for personal reasons be entirely unimpressed by the general incompetence of my fellow members. They may have been swayed by Turpin's death, apparently it suggested that Mungo's was being targeted for nefarious reasons. Or, I could be losing my touch. It's a shame, I thought the prosecution did an excellent job for the case.

I think that we should consider hosting a dinner party once this trial is finished. I'd suggest one now, but that would be unseemly and entirely inappropriate.

I promised Leticia a dinner with Charlemagne in any account. I think it would be good for our friends and family to be able to enjoy themselves, considering all of the stress this has caused. It's also the easiest way of getting rid of that extra alcohol from the last Trading Body meeting.

What does my lovely wife think?

I can understand that the upcoming trial has spawned strong opinions and speculation on the innocence of the accused. It seems that some opinions have belittled themselves into personal attacks, and while it is your right to maintain your opinions it is disappointing to see that some have forgone tact in the process.

I'd hoped that this was an undisputed fact, but I must reassure everyone that the impending trial, as all trials, will be a presided over fairly. The Wizengamot makes their decisions based on the evidence and testimony provided, evidence that is carefully assembled by the very capable DMLE. Personal sentiment has no place in the proceedings, and I'd be disappointed to hear suggestion otherwise. The members of the Wizengamot reserve judgment for deliberation. As far as I am aware the accused is merely that, the accused.

I hope that this will placate some of you, though I understand not all of you. Regretfully, to maintain impartiality it will be difficult for me to answer many questions but I thank you for your time and hope that you can enjoy the rest of your week.

This should not even be necessary. Everyone has such a thrill for the theatrics.
